BOARD ADMINISTRATION

Board administration includes:

  • Preparation of board documentation to send out to members prior to the meeting so everyone arrives prepared.

  • Booking travel for any board members attending in-person.

  • Accurate meeting minutes distributed within your required timeframe.

  • Post-meeting action and preparation for your next meeting.

Executive Assistance

$7,200 excl GST for 80 hours a month

This is our premium service, and includes scheduling, inbox management, and any other admin tasks as required.
